They met while working in a daycare and decided to start up on their own, so in 2008 they opened Bees”N”Hart Daycare (now known as Room to Grow location 1).
Karen received her NNEB diploma (ECE) in 1994 and Claire received her ECE equiv in 2005.
They bought Fall River Sunshine Academy in July 2011, this is now known as Room to Grow location 2. They have three daughters each with an age range from 5 –12 years.

I have worked with children for many years, 6 + years in licensed Daycares, 7 years in private in home daycares and also nearly 2 years in the school system. I received my ECE in 2008. I am also a mother of four children aged between 11-17 years.

Lindsey Hines
I have just finished my ECE diploma at the institute of human services education in Truro. I currently live in Enfield and I am loving my job here at Room to Grow. I did work in a Daycare in Bedford, I left there to take this job. I am so happy I made the move.

I work in the Toddler room. I am room to Grow’s goofy newfy. I have been working with children for the last 7 years. I recieved my ECE (equiv) in 2008. I love working with the children especially with the toddlers.

I work in the pre school room.
I have worked in child care since 2007 and I recieved my ECE(equiv) in October 2010. I find it very rewarding working with the pre school children.

I have been working in childcare for 10 years all of them at this centre and I recieved my ECE (equiv) in 2007.

Lindsey Hamilton
I have been working with children for 9 years. I received my ECE (equiv) in 2005 at St Josephs college of early childhood education. I enjoy working with the pre school children getting them ready for “big” school.

I obtained my Diploma at at Josephs college of Early Childhood Education currently known as NSCC of Early Childhood Education. I have worked with infants up to after school age children, spending most of my time with Toddlers. It really is the little things the children say and do that makes my job/career so fulfilling.
I have been an employee at Room to Grow Childcare Limited since August 2011 and I am loving every second.
